This covers vignettecamera.com and the Vignette Camera Club at club.vignettecamera.com, run by Intrafocal LLC, doing business as Vignette Camera, in Beacon, NY.

What we collect

Forms. When you fill in a form on this site, we keep your answers, along with any name, email and ZIP code you give us.

The Camera Club. When you join, we keep your name, your email, the membership and plan you chose, when you joined and which link brought you here.

Signing in. If you use Google or Apple, they tell us your name, your email and an account ID, and we keep the sign-in details they send us. If you choose Hide My Email, we receive Apple's private address, not your own. Each sign-in also records your IP address and browser, for as long as that sign-in lasts.

Payments. When dues begin, Stripe will handle them. Your card details go to Stripe, not to us. We'll keep a record of your membership and payments.

How we use it

We use this to run the shop and the Camera Club, to sign you in, to decide what to stock, to tell you about your membership and to contact you if you asked us to or joined a waitlist. We don't send club members marketing email unless they opt in.

We keep a scrambled form of your IP address and of your email for a short time, to limit spam and repeated sign-in emails.

Cookies

The Camera Club uses cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your choices while you join. We don't use advertising or analytics cookies.

Who sees it

We don't sell your information. It's seen only by the people who run the shop and the services that help us do it: Vercel (hosting), Neon (database), Resend (email), Google and Apple (if you sign in with them), and Stripe (payments, when dues begin). Orders at shop.vignettecamera.com are handled by Shopify. We may also share information if the law requires it.

Your choices

Signed-in members can change their membership or leave the waitlist from their account. Leaving keeps your record, so you can come back. To change or delete your information, email support@vignettecamera.com and we'll remove your record and your sign-in. Records we need for taxes or accounting may be kept for as long as the law requires.

We keep your information while you're on a waitlist or a member, or until you ask us to delete it.
